Why "Post Consistently" Is Terrible Advice

Just post consistently is the most repeated advice online, and it's quietly ruining people's momentum. Consistency without direction is just a faster way to burn out.

Consistent at what?

Posting daily nonsense consistently gets you consistent nonsense. The goal was never frequency. It's posting the right thing, to the right people, often enough to be remembered. Those are very different assignments.

Chase resonance, not reps

We'd rather someone post three things a week that genuinely land than seven that no one remembers. Watch what makes people save, share, and reply, then do more of that. Let the rest go.

Consistency is a tool, not a trophy. Point it at something worth repeating, and it becomes unstoppable. Point it at nothing, and it just makes you tired.
